Bluestone or Bluestone National Park Resort, based in Pembrokeshire, West Wales have just announced their exciting, brand new attraction that will launch this summer. For the last few years the ever expanding holiday resort has been constructing a giant dome and this week they have announced that it will open on the 19th of July 2019.
Previously promoted and launched as the “SkyDome”, Bluestone have changed the name to “Serendome”. Everyone here at Toddler Breaks this that Serendome is a much more “Free Range” name which is something Bluestone strive to be.
The Serendome will allow Bluestones guests to enjoy the resorts facilities undercover allowing them to promote an all weather, all year round short break holiday. They Will literally be bringing the outdoors, indoors! Never again will rain stop play!
The Serendome will be home to 4 brand new activities at Bluestone
The family friendly activity will challenge one and all! Together you’ll race against the clock to put together and decorate your own race kart. When its built, decorate it and put it to the test against the other guests in the Bluestone Grand Prix
As S Club 7 said, (For all mums and dads out here) you can “Reach for the stars” on this amazing new activity under the Serendome roof. Work your way up the 10 meter tall tree.
The most impressive looking activity at the Serendome. The SkyWalk has been constructed over 7 towers and had a mind boggling 24 climbing stations. It has moving elements, one of which is a bike and looks an awesome vertical adventure course like no other in the UK.. The NEW SkyWalk will be split into sections or difficulties so it has a sister attraction called SkyWalk Mini
Sat underneath the towering towers of the SkyWalk the SkyWalk Mini is for under 8 year olds or for those a little older if the SkyWalk is a little too high. Mum and Dad will be able to encourage at a similar height which sounds amazing.
Separate to these 4 new paid for activities is a range of complimentary activities which will add to the already COMPLIMENTARY Blue Lagoon Waterpark and indoor Adventure Centre.
Water Play, Sand Play and the Imagination Garden will allow your children’s imagination and busy fingers to make a mess, get wet and make memories that will last a lifetime. These areas will have interactive games, things to climb, things to explore and will give hours of entertainment and we all know if the kids are happy, that makes mum and dad’s jobs so much easier.
For those of you who have already stayed at Bluestone, their Village Hall is home to their shows and within the Serendome they will now have a giant amphitheater which will be home to their current shows and what we can only assume will be bigger and better shows in the 400 seated amphitheater.
They will also have a range of new places to eat and drink so a holiday at Bluestone will be even more action packed than it was before.
The new Serendome at Bluestone will be opening on the 19th of July, just in time for a Summer break. You can enjoy a summer break at Bluestone from just £599 – But, don’t forget the Serendome is open ALL YEAR long so no matter when you book a break, you’ll be able to experience everything thing that it has to happen in the knowledge that the weather is something that won’t be able to affect the fun and games.
